Junior Activities Committee
Our Junior Activities Committee (JAC) is made up of dedicated volunteers who support and guide our Nippers program throughout the season. All positions are open to members of the club and are nominated and voted on annually at the Nippers AGM, held at the conclusion of each Nippers season. We thank those who step up to contribute to the success of our Nippers program.

Responsible for recording weekly attendances as well as recording points for Championship days and carnivals to present to the Chairman for the end of season pointscore and award presentations.

Gear Steward
Works in conjunction with the club Gear Steward to organise and maintain all boards and equipment needed for Nipper activities

Water Safety Captain
Responsible for organising the IRB crew for Sunday morning activities and other qualified water safety people in accordance with 1 to 5 ratio. Ensures that water safety people sign on at the start of the day and off on completion and liases with the club Lifesaving Director to get hours recorded in the Water Safety log on Surfguard
David Erbacher
Carnival Team Manager
Takes entries for surf carnivals, selects teams in conjunction with age managers & chairman; and inputs entries on to LiveHeats before closing date in conjunction with Surf Sports Director. Keeps carnival results for season pointscore.

Training Officers
Responsible for assisting age managers with skills and preparation for competition and carnivals.

responsible for taking photos of nipper activities and liasing with the club publicity officer for publication in newsletters and social media.
